How much they can achieve in the allotted time will depend on what needs doing. For instance, if bedrooms are kept tidy and relatively clean prior to your cleaners arrival, these rooms will be done quickly, so their time can be used on harder jobs such as the kitchen or bathroom where sanitising is more pertinent.

The cost will also be dependent on how many rooms we are needing to clean, such as multiple bathrooms which naturally take longer as they require a more in depth clean. The more rooms needing cleaning, the longer your cleaner will need to ensure a hygienic and high quality clean, thus costing more.

Pets and children can also have an impact on your cleaning costs as they generate mess and in the case of pets, fur that needs to be cleaned. This again can impact on the length of time your cleaner requires to complete the job, for instance, more time spent vacuuming in pet homes than a non-pet home, to our high standard levels.

What is the going rate for house cleaning in the UK?

Cleaning rates in the UK are usually between £12-20 per hour with an agency. You may find the rates at the lower end with an independent cleaner, however, an agency such as our domestic cleaning service, ensures higher standards and guarantees your cleaning schedule is always met as we have a number of cleaners available to be sent to you should your regular cleaner be unable to come to your home. These rates do vary across the country, and depending on what is including in your standard cleaning service, as well as any extras you may purchase on top.

Our domestic cleaning service includes whatever you wish it to include. Want us to concentrate on just the kitchens and bathrooms, then we can. Need a full house clean and tidy, then that is fine with us too. We offer bespoke domestic cleaning packages including bathroom and kitchen cleaning, vacuuming and hoovering, waste removal and general cleaning and tidying. No you do not need to provide cleaning products and equipment. Our cleaning crews will arrive at your home with everything they need to complete your cleaning service, and will take it all away at the end too. All our cleaning solutions and equipment are of the highest industry standard, offering antibacterial and sanitised cleaning.

We will always aim to provide the same cleaner to you for each of your scheduled domestic cleaning visits to provide continuity and ensure that you receive the same level of cleaning each time. The more familiar the cleaner is to you and your home, the better the finished clean. If your cleaner is unavailable on your cleaning day, we will ensure another is sent so you never have to worry about missing an appointment.

Whilst we aim to provide a full cleaning service that fits our clients needs individually, we are unable to provide hand washing services. We do not allow our cleaners to work from heights, including step ladders (this includes dusting, which can only be completed in reachable areas without the aid of a stool or ladder) and are not permitted to lift heavy items for safety reasons. We also only offer in-house cleaning services, thus we cannot offer outdoor window cleaning or cleaning or tidying of outdoor spaces.
